Hello, today I'm introducing the program Healthy Eating at School.
Healthy Eating at School is a program in schools that helps teach children/students that healthy eating can impact their learning and how they handle things on a day to day basis. The program originates in B.C. . They have many links to reliable sources that contain facts about what foods are best to eat and what other impacts the different types of food have on your body. They know and have links to all of the guidelines for food restrictions, food and beverage sales, etc, so you know what to expect. The program has many resources and community partners. They may even have so in your community!
